Return Policy

At Alpine Motorcycles and Shepparton Motorcycles, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Our return policies vary depending on whether you are returning parts or gear/accessories, so please review the details below.


Returns for Parts

For parts, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Please note the following conditions for parts returns:

  • Restocking Fee: Genuine Yamaha and Honda parts incur a 25% restocking fee. Non-genuine parts are not subject to this fee.
  • Return Conditions: Parts must be unopened, uninstalled, in original packaging, and undamaged. Returns will only be processed after prior authorization.
  • Shipping & Handling: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Returns for Gear/Accessories

For gear, accessories, and other non-part items, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Please note the following conditions for gear and accessories returns:

  • Restocking Fee: There is no restocking fee for returning non-genuine items like gear and accessories.
  • Return Conditions: Items must be in their original condition, with tags attached, and in unopened packaging. Installed or used items are not eligible for return.
  • Shipping & Handling: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customer Order Errors

For customer order errors (incorrect items ordered), the following applies:

  • Parts: For parts, a 25% restocking fee applies for Genuine Yamaha and Honda parts. Non-genuine items do not incur this fee. Customers are responsible for both the shipping of the original order and the return shipping.
  • Gear/Accessories: There is no restocking fee for gear/accessories. However, the customer is responsible for the return shipping.

Store Order Errors

If Alpine Motorcycles or Shepparton Motorcycles supplies an incorrect item, we will send the correct item at no additional cost once the incorrect item is returned in its original condition, packaging, and with no signs of usage or damage.

Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty item, we will gladly refund, repair, or replace it. Please follow these steps:

  • Contact us by phone or email with details of the fault.
  • Attach pictures of the fault if contacting via email.

Faulty items may be returned outside the regular return time frame if they are still under warranty. Please contact us for more details about warranty periods.

We aim to process refunds for faulty items within 24 hours of receiving the returned item. However, some faults may require manufacturer approval, which can take up to 2 weeks. You will receive regular email updates throughout the process.
