Terms & Conditions

Delivery

  • Freight pricing is based on Australia Post Matrix. Large or heavy items outside this matrix will be quoted individually.
  • Delivery typically takes 2-7 days, depending on stock availability. We’ll notify you via email if it takes longer or if an item is backordered.
  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding Victorian public holidays. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. 

Pick-Up From Alpine Motorcycles

  • You can pick up your order from our store during business hours once you have recieved an email confirming your order is ready for collection:

    • Monday to Friday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
    • Saturday: 9:00 am – 12:00 pm

Order Cancellations by Customers

  • All orders are final. To cancel or change an order, contact us immediately by phone or via email: online@sheppartonmotorcycles.com.au.
  • If an order has already been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. Refer to our Return Policy.

Backorders

  • If an item is backordered, we’ll notify you via email with an ETA. If you wish to cancel, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the email.
  • Backorders take 1-2 weeks and will be processed before new orders. If you request part of an order to be shipped early, additional postage costs may apply.

Purchases

  • Ensure your delivery details are correct when placing an order. If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible, you will need to re-order and pay for shipping again.
  • All prices are in AUD and include GST. International prices will be calculated via our currency converter.

Payment

  • We accept VisaMastercard, and PayPal.
  • You will receive an invoice via email after payment is made.

Order Cancellations by Alpine Motorcycles

  • If a product is unavailable, we may cancel your order and refund any payments made using the same method of payment.
