All freight pricing is calculated from the Australia Post Maxtrix.
The freight costs on large bulky items and heavier items outside of the Australia Post Maxtrix will be individually quoted.
Delivery usually takes between 2-7 days, depending on whether we have the item in stock or not. We will send you an email if it is going to take longer than this, or if an item is put on backorder by one of our suppliers.
We process purchases on business days, which are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays in Victoria. We will provide you with a tracking number once we have shipped your order to you.
Pick Up From Alpine Motorcycles
Picking up your order directly from Alpine Motorcycle enables you to receive your item sooner, and will not incur any delivery charges. If you choose pick up your order directly from Alpine Motorcycle you will first receive an email confirming when your order is ready for pick up. Orders are to be picked up at Alpine Motorcycles, 84 Myrtle Street (Great Alpine Road) Myrtleford, Victoria, 3737.
Order can be picked up during the following trading hours only;
Monday to Friday:8:30am – 5:30pm
Saturday: 9:00am – 12:30pm
Please wait for email confirming your order is ready before picking up.
Order Cancelations by Customers
All valid orders are deemed final. If you wish to cancel an order/ item or change any items on your order, please contact us immediately via phone 03 5752 2336 or email;email@example.com
Once an order has been dispatched it may not be cancelled and the item must instead be returned. Please see our Return Policy.
If an item needs to be backordered from our suppliers we will notify you via email with an ETA and if you wish to cancel the backorder item please contact us within 24hrs of receiving the email. Backordered items usually take 1 to 2 weeks to become available.
Backorders will be filled before new orders will be processed, when the backordered items become available. If you wish to ship part of an item before back ordered items arrive, additional postage costs may apply. We reserve the right to forward freighting costs.

You must provide complete and accurate details at the time of making your purchase. You may be required to provide additional details upon our request to ensure the accuracy of your order.
You must enter the correct delivery address and delivery instructions at the time of placing your order. If you enter an incorrect address, Alpine Motorcycles is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our own expense.
All prices quoted on the website or pursuant to your enquiry with us are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. Costs relating to international orders will be calculated via our integrated currency converter. The actual international currency conversion that you are charged via your bank may vary.We reserve the right to vary the prices displayed on the Website from time to time and without notice to you.
Alpine Motorcycles accepts payment via card (Visa/Mastercard) and Paypal.
After you make payment for your order, we will email you an invoice, which confirms receipt of your order.
Cancellation of Orders
Alpine Motorcycles may cancel a Contract if the Product is not available for any reason. We will notify you if this is the case and return any payment that you have made.
We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for the Product.
