Yamaha Motor Australia Pty Ltd (YMA) acknowledges today’s decision by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) not to grant merger clearance for YMA’s proposed acquisition of Telwater Pty Ltd.
YMA is reviewing the ACCC’s decision and considering its position.
